NASH COUNTY, N.C. — Investigators in Nash County say a quadruple murder case is officially closed.
Charlene Lynch, her 10-year-old son and two other men were found shot to death at a mobile home earlier in December.
Two days later, Gary Lynch, Charlene's estranged husband, shot and killed himself.
At the time of the suicide, investigators said the case was still open, but they now say Lynch was the only suspect.
