Search For Missing Wilmington Woman Extends Into Triangle
CARY, N.C. — The trail of a missing Wilmington mother has led her search party to the Triangle after a private investigator uncovered evidence that three women from the Triangle might have been the last people to see her.

Family members said Allison Jackson-Foy, 34, left work July 30 to meet a friend at the Junction Billiards Sports Bar on Carolina Beach Road in Wilmington and has not been seen since.

"(They) played darts with Allison, walked out with her into the parking lot, which is the last place she was seen," said Jackson-Foy's sister, Lisa Valentino.

Valentino said she hopes those women, who were visiting Carolina Beach that weekend, can tell investigators whether Jackson-Foy left the bar alone or with someone else. She distributed fliers Tuesday to anyone willing to listen to her.

"A piece of my heart is missing. Every day is just not the same anymore," Valentino said. "Going to bed at night, you think about her. Waking up, you think about her. All points during the day, you think about her, and we just want to know where she is and what happened."

Cellular phone records show Jackson-Foy called a friend in New York as she left the bar around 2 a.m. That was the last anyone has ever heard from her.

Her husband reported her missing a day later when she did not show at work. Investigators found her car in the bar parking lot, but it was days after she disappeared and the trail was cold.

Jackson-Foy has two daughters, ages 4 and 12.

Anyone with information about Jackson-Foy's whereabouts is asked to contact the Wilmington Police Department at 910-343-3609.
