WAKE COUNTY, N.C. — Airplane buffs can now trace
Raleigh-Durham International Airport's
history through pictures.
A photography exhibit at Terminal A outlines 60 years of flight at the airport.
The first terminal at RDU International was a converted military barracks. The airport's first airline, Eastern Airlines, was based out of there for 12 years.
If your travels take you to RDU, you can check out the exhibit through January.
