DURHAM, N.C. — The price of Mike Peterson's Durham mansion is going down.
When it first went on the market, Realtors listed the home at $1.2 million, but it has been reduced to $975,000.
Mike Peterson is serving a life sentence for killing his wife Kathleen inside the Cedar Street home.
Bargain hunters and shoppers cleared out the six-bedroom home during an estate sale in November.
