<b>LOUISBURG, N.C.</b> — Franklin County authorities are expanding their search for a missing Louisburg woman.

Judith Gupton, 55, has been missing for more than a week. Sunday, K-9 units from Wilson County searched a two square mile area near her home and found nothing.

Police said they do not believe Gupton is in the immediate area of her home, and they will scale back their search in Louisburg. They will look into whether someone gave Gupton a ride out of the area.
