ROBESON COUNTY, N.C. — The Robeson County district attorney says he will seek the death penalty against Myron Britt.
Prosecutors say the Cary businessman shot and killed his wife, Nancy, in August.
Officials say they will prove he killed the Wake County teacher for money.
