<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — Due to the small number of voters in three precincts eligible to vote in the Nov. 4, 2003, municipal elections, the Wake County Board of Elections has temporarily transferred the voters to a different polling place for election day.

<li>            Garner voters registered to vote in Precinct 18-04 will vote at Precinct 16-05.</li>

<li>            Fuquay-Varina voters registered to vote in Precinct 12-04 will vote at Precinct 12-01.</li>

<li>            Holly Springs voters registered to vote in Precinct 12-05 will vote at Precinct 06-03.</li>

These transfers are for the Nov. 4, 2003, election only. Voters affected by this transfer have been mailed notices from the
