RALEIGH, N.C. — A free Halloween carnival with haunting fun for the entire family will be held at the Walnut Terrace Community Center from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30.
The community center is located at 111 W. Lee Street in Raleigh.
The carnival will feature a haunted house and other festive activities. For more information, call the community center at
