HARNETT COUNTY, N.C. — A Harnett County businessman will pay out of his pocket for obstructing an FBI investigation.
Rhett Raynor, the owner of Victory Contract Services, pleaded guilty and agreed to forfeit more than $500,000 in property and cash.
Raynor, who is the former president of the Dunn Chamber of Commerce, will not go to jail, but he was ordered to a pay a $20,000 fine.
