Suspects In Stolen Minivan Lead Authorities On High-Speed Chase Before Arrest

RALEIGH, N.C. — Two men who led state troopers on a high-speed chase in a stolen minivan are behind bars.

The chase began around 1 a.m. Thursday in Johnston County. At times, speeds reached 110 miles per hour.

The chase ended when deputies in Cumberland County used stop sticks to flatten the tires on the minivan.

Deputies arrested the suspects when they bolted from the vehicle and ran into nearby woods.
