DURHAM, N.C. — After looking for a suspect for months, Durham police tracked down one of their most wanted, but he has been behind bars for a year.
Police wanted Michael Blackwell on several charges including assault on a female.
Blackwell has been in the Orange County Jail for allegedly breaking into a woman's home and beating her.
