ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — A North Carolina company is suing Rocky Mount so it can open a new strip club.
American Entertainers wants to put a "Gentlemen's Playground" in the 200 block of Dominick Drive.
The lawsuit stems from a disagreement over whether the site is too close to a place of worship. The city says yes, but the company says no.
The suit could take as many as two years to resolve.
