New Information Out About Fayetteville Police Shooting

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — New information has been released about last week's police shooting in Fayetteville.

Investigators released the names of both the officer who allegedly pulled the trigger and the man who was shot.

According to reports, detective Terrance Phillips was making an undercover drug buy when he fired at 24-year-old Claybrook Adams.

Adams was recovering Tuesday night.

Phillips has been with the department for more than three years.
