Two Arrested In Rocky Mount Store Shooting

ROCKY MOUNT, N.C. — Two men are behind bars, charged in a shooting that killed two people and injured a third at a Rocky Mount convenience store Wednesday morning.

According to Rocky Mount police, Orlando Lyntez Brockington and Antonio Devonne Perry are each charged with two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted murder, ands one count robbery with a dangerous weapon.

They are being held without bond in the Nash County Jail.

The shooting took place at 12:12 a.m. at Ammar's Food Mart on South Church Street.

Tyronne Lancaster and Alah-was Hager, 40, were killed. Mallory Greenwalt, 19, was injured.
