DURHAM, N.C. — Convicted peeper Samuel Ferebee will spend the next two months in jail.
Ferebee was sentenced Tuesday for resisting arrest on Duke's campus.
Last spring, Ferebee was banned from the campus of Duke and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ferebee was released from jail in February for peeping at a young girl in a changing room in New Bern.
