FOUR OAKS, N.C. — Due to a water-line break, Four Oaks Elementary School will dismiss at 2 p.m. Thursday.
Because of shared buses, bus riders at Four Oaks Middle School will be dismissed when buses arrive from the elementary school, which may be 10 minutes earlier than usual.
