Johnston County Soccer Moms Reimbursed By Coach Who Folded League

CLAYTON, N.C. — Soccer moms in Clayton who were swindled out of hundreds of dollars have gotten their money back.
Last week, WRAL aired a story about the man who runs the Sports Warehouse. Mike Priest was in charge of organizing a summer soccer league. He collected team fees and money for uniforms, but the league never got off the ground.
Though the league never happened, dozens of parents never got their money back.
After WRAL's story aired, Priest got parents' phones numbers from the station and said he would send refunds. Some of the parents say they have received their money.
