Man Caught On Tape Sought In Raleigh, Durham Robberies

DURHAM, N.C. — A man police believe may be responsible for a number of robberies in Raleigh and Durham has been caught on tape.

Durham police said surveillance tape from a Durham Cracker Barrel restaurant shows the man got a table and ordered breakfast before robbing the restaurant last Monday.

Witnesses said the man left the Hillsborough Road building and ran north through the parking lot.

He is described as a black man with a light complexion, 5 feet 8 inches to 6 feet tall, weighing 150 to 160 pounds with possible facial hair and a short Afro.

Durham police said the man is wanted for questioning for several other robberies and is considered armed and dangerous.
