RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh police have arrested a suspect in two robberies at the State Employees Credit Union.

Eric Lemont Dobbin, 37, of 924 Oakwood Avenue in Raleigh, has been arrested and charged with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Dobbin is charged in connection with robberies of the State Employees Credit Union that occurred July 24 and Aug. 4. He was arrested Wednesday in Raleigh.

Field Operations officers from the Downtown District played a key role in the arrest by developing a lead that led them to a vehicle that had been used in the Aug. 4 robbery.
