Trooper Charged In Wife's Shooting Fired From Highway Patrol

ROXBORO, N.C. — A state trooper accused of trying to kill his wife is now out of a job.

The State Highway Patrol fired Trooper Bobby Regan Thursday. He was indicted for the attempted murder of his estranged wife, Daneille.

Daneille Regan was shot in her Roxboro home last month.

Another woman, Linda Lee, was also indicted on a murder conspiracy charge. Lee allegedly had a relationship with Regan.
