DURHAM, N.C. — A Durham man accused of killing his wife is scheduled to appear in court later this week for a bond hearing.
Robert Petrick is accused of killing his wife, Janine Sutphen.
Sutphen, a musician with the Durham Symphony, disappeared in January. Her body was found in Falls Lake in May.
Officials may determine whether it will be considered a capital case.
