Bad Weather Foils Raleigh Visit By Early Show's Dave Price

Dave Price, weather anchor and feature reporter for the "CBS Early Show," was supposed to be live at the state Farmers Market Friday morning to announce the winner of the "All-Access" contest live on national TV, but bad weather in New York prevented him from flying out.

WRAL's Elizabeth Gardner stepped in and was on hand when Judy Downing of Kitrell, N.C., won a trip to Ireland.

Downing and Price will visit the Dromoland Castle in Shannon-Claire. They will also be attending an oyster festival and enjoying a medieval banquet.

"I'm excited. I can't wait. I'm going to have a ball and maybe I'll find a billionaire," Downing said.

Downing will meet Price at JFK Airport in New York before jetting off to Ireland.
