SAS, DataFlux Win Top Honors In Customer Relationship Management Awards

CARY, N.C. — SAS
and its subsidiary
both won top awards in the annual CRM Market Awards as selected by CRM magazine.
SAS was picked as the winner in customer relationship management (CRM) analytics for the fourth consecutive year.
DataFlux was the top choice in the data quality category for the second straight year.
One winner, four "leaders" and a "company to watch" are selected in eight categories by CRM. Criteria include revenue, revenue growth, market share, customer satisfaction, depth of functionality and company direction.
DataFlux helps organizations analyze, improve and control the quality of information across enterprise networks.
