Godiva Chocolatier has signed a six-year contract with the privately held Charlotte firm for e-commerce, catalog, corporate channel, customer care, fulfillment and other services.
The two firms have worked together over the past eight years.
As part of the contract, Accretive will invest in various upgrades, including the building of a temperature-controlled fulfillment facility.
Godiva is an international producer of chocolates and confections.
