Bahama Man Accused Of Setting Fires Fails To Appear In Court

BAHAMA, N.C. — A former firefighter in Bahama accused of deliberately setting fires has pulled a disappearing act.

Harold Oakley was a no-show in court last week, and no one has seen him. He is accused of setting two forest fires in June in Durham County.

Oakley's lawyer is asking him to make contact.

The judge rescheduled his court date for October.
