The program is designed to keep clients' IT systems running every day, 24 hours a day. The package includes management of computers, networks, servers, printers and other devices.
"Many organizations do not have processes in place, or reliable support providers available to prevent technology disasters and downtime from occurring," said Tim Finnegan, TotalCare program director.
