DURHAM, N.C. — Cree
will supply white light-emitting diodes to Grote Industries, an Indiana-based manufacturer of vehicle safety systems.
Grote plans to use the LEDs in a new line of interior dome lights. The system is designed to use less power, light instantly, generate less heat and last as much as five times longer than other products, according to Grote.
