ALPHARETTA, GA. — Civitium
, a consulting firm that is involved in several municipal wireless broadband efforts around the United States, is adding a senior partner.
Dianah Neff will lead Civitium's international practice. She is chief information officer for the city of Philadelphia and is actively involved in the Wireless Philadelphia project.
In 2005, Neff was named "chief of the year" among innovators and influencers by Information Week.
Neff will join Civitium in September.
