new Town Hall officially opens Monday.
Town employees have been working out of modular units for the past year, while construction took place.
The $3.8 million, 35,000-square-foot building features a $75,000 audio-visual system and porcelain tile floors.
The two-story brick building also has a climate-control basement for storing records and several thousand square feet of completed vacant office space set aside for future expansion.
Some interior and exterior work is expected to be completed in the next few days.
An open house and public dedication of the Holly Springs Town Hall will be held soon after all construction is completed.
