CARY, N.C. — Authorities have arrested the final suspect in an ethnic intimidation case in Cary.
Donald Babington, 17, is accused of assaulting a black teen at Lake Lochmere earlier in August.
Investigators say Babington and two other teens -- Cameron Anthony Blackman and Matthew Salvatore Luongo -- told the 15-year-old he "didn't belong there," although the teen lives in the neighborhood.
Babington was charged with one count of ethnic intimidation and one count of simple assault.
