MOORE COUNTY, N.C. — A convicted sex offender facing several counts of sexual exploitation now faces more charges.

The Moore County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday charged Robert Henry Roybal, 39, with 20 additional counts of exploitation of child offenses -- 10 counts of first-degree exploitation of a child and 10 counts of second-degree exploitation of a child.

Additional bond was set at $250,000 with a court date for the additional charges set for Aug. 10. He was still in jail Tuesday evening.

Authorities said detectives found hours of child pornography, in which Roybal is allegedly having sex with girls as young as 3 years old, inside Roybal's Whispering Pines house.

Investigators said they do not believe any of the victims are from the area, but ask that anyone with information related to the case to contact the Moore County Sheriff's Office at
