RALEIGH, N.C. — Authorities have located a Wake County man who was last seen early Sunday morning.
Hilton Wiggins was last seen at around 1 a.m. at his home on Labaron Drive in Williow Springs.
Wiggins was discovered Monday in his vehicle on the side of the road by a law enforcement officer in Abbeville County, S.C.
Authorities said he was disoriented and appeared to be OK physically. Wiggins was taken to a hospital for observation, but he is expected to be discharged soon.
