Police say 20-year-old Darien Taylor and 18-year-old Justin Perry walked up to a house on Gray Avenue in broad daylight Wednesday and started shooting. Police said four teenagers were hit as they sat on the porch.
Joseph Towah, 17, died at Duke University Medical Center. Two teens -- ages 17 and 18 -- sustained serious injuries and a 15-year-old boy was treated for a gunshot wound to the arm. Police said they believe the shooting is gang-related.
According to officers, Perry turned himself in early Thursday morning. They are still looking for Taylor. He has been charged with murder and three counts of assault with a deadly weapon.
Authorities believe Taylor may be driving a four-door 2002 Honda Civic with tinted windows and NC license tag
