RALEIGH, N.C. — Charges could be filed in an accident that happened Tuesday night on Interstate 40 near the Durham Freeway.
State troopers said a woman cut off another driver, causing him to hit her car and flip his car twice.
Authorities said his car landed on its roof, but he was able to walk away.
The other driver suffered minor injuries and was taken to the hospital.
