Bond Reduced For Defendant In Duke Lacrosse Rape Case

DURHAM, N.C. — A Durham judge lowered bond for another player in the Duke lacrosse rape case.

Collin Finnerty's bond was reduced from $400,000 to $100,000.

Last week, the judge allowed the same change for Reade Seligman.

Finnerty, Seligman and Dave Evans are all charged with raping an exotic dancer at a party in March.
