RALEIGH, N.C. — A former Wake County cafeteria manager learned Thursday how long she will spend behind bars.
A judge sentenced Frances Parker to at least 44 months in prison.
Parker pleaded guilty to stealing more than $200,000 from the nutrition program she managed at Garner Senior High.
Parker agreed to pay the money back.
