FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville police are closing their investigation into an overnight shooting after the victims declined to pursue charges in the case.
One woman and two men were shot in the parking lot of a shopping center on Owen Drive early Thursday morning.
The victims were taken to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries. The names of the victims have not yet been released.
