Two People Escape Raleigh House Fire

RALEIGH, N.C. — Firefighters were busy overnight with a house fire in Raleigh.

The fire broke out at around 12:30 a.m. Friday at 3009 Burrell Place near North Carolina State University.

Two people were inside at the time, but they got out safely. Officials are calling the home a total loss.

Investigators do not know yet what sparked the fire.
