FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A second man has been arrested in connection with a double homicide in the community of Stedman, authorities said.

Richard Bernard Gill Jr., 46, of 1185 Sand Hill Road in Hope Mills, was arrested Thursday and is charged with two counts of first-degree murder and one count each of felony possession of stolen goods and robbery with a dangerous weapon. He is being held without bond in the Cumberland County Detention Center.

The bodies of Mark Robinson and Tammy Rosario were found inside a warehouse/office in Stedman on Aug. 15. Employees of The Car Wash called for help after discovering a broken front door window and two bodies inside the building when arriving to work.

Another suspect, Anthony Tyrone McMillan, 25, of 903 Willow St., was charged with two counts of armed robbery and two counts of first-degree murder two days after the homicides. Authorities said they believe that robbery was the motive in the slayings.
