UNC-Chapel Hill Police Seek Suspect In Fraud Case

CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Campus police at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are asking for the public's help in locating a suspect in connection with a March crime.

UNC police said warrants are pending for the arrest of

Isaac Lamont Barbee

, 28, who is charged with financial transaction card theft andfraud. In a March case, police said a UNC student's credit card numberwas stolen and used to make Internet purchases.

Barbee, a black male, is described as 5 feet, 6 inches tall with brown eyes and black hair, accordingto police. His last known address was in Chapel Hill, but police believe hemay now live in the Durham area.
