Johnston County Crash Sends 6 To Hospital

JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — Six people are hospitalized after a head-on collision in Johnston County Sunday.
A pick-up truck and car slammed into each other just after 8 p.m. on Highway 39 north of Selma.
At least four patients were airlifted to Duke, UNC and Pitt Memorial hospitals. Two others were rushed to Johnston County Memorial.
Investigators have not released the victims' names or conditions.
