NCCU Computer Specialist Selected As First Juror In Peterson Trial

David Rudolf, Peterson's defense lawyer, gave his approval Tuesday morning to a potential juror chosen last week by prosecutors.

The juror, a black male in his sixties who works as a computer specialist at North Carolina Central University, told Rudolf that although he has been following news related to the case, he can serve as an impartial juror. The juror also deals with financial records at the university.

Late Tuesday afternoon, the judge dismissed another potential juror because the man told the court he had a gut feeling that Peterson killed his wife.
