Third Suspect In Wake County Home Invasion Arrested

RALEIGH, N.C. — The Wake County Sheriff's Office has arrested a third suspect in connection with a home invasion that occurred last Thursday at the Raleigh home of James Robert and Mai Bui Hodges.

Arrested Tuesday was Mandrell Bridgers, a former North Carolina corrections officer. Like the previous two suspects arrested, Bridgers lives in Wilson.

The 28-year-old Bridgers was charged with two counts of robbery with a dangerous weapon, two counts of first-degree kidnapping, one count of felonious breaking and entering and one count of conspiracy.
