DURHAM, N.C. — There is new information surrounding the case of a missing Durham cellist.
Police searched the home of Phaedra Oorbeck. She and Robert Petrick were joined in 1995 in a ceremonial pagan wedding.
Oorbeck moved within a few blocks of Petrick's home just weeks before Petrick's wife, Janine Sutphen, vanished.
A search warrant shows Petrick visited Oorbeck three times in January, including the night before his wife disappeared.
The warrant also shows Oorbeck told her apartment manager she would be moving out soon to live with a friend at his townhome. She allegedly rescinded? the notice after Petrick was arrested.
