Suspected Raleigh Church Vandals Caught In Act

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — For the third time in two weeks, vandals broke into Raleigh's North Ridge Church.

This time, a little faith and a lot of luck helped the pastor and police catch the suspects in the act.

Police arrested three boys, ages 12 and 13 years old, Monday. They were hiding in the building, located on Falls Of Neuse Road, when the church staff came to work and discovered the latest vandalism.

Police said the three boys confessed to vandalizing the church in all three instances.

The suspects were released to their parents, but will soon have to face a juvenile counselor.
