Bond Reduced Again For Husband Of Missing Durham Cellist

Posted Updated

DURHAM, N.C. — The husband of a missing Durham musician may find it easier to get out of jail.

A judge has lowered the bond for Robert Petrick. He is in jail on fraud charges.

Police say the charges are related to the disappearance of his wife, Janine Sutphen, a musician with the Durham Symphony.

Petrick reported Sutphen missing in January, but he has not been called a suspect in her disappearance.

His bond was reduced from $50,000 to $10,000.
