Jury May Hear Miss N.C. Case

RALEIGH, N.C. — The Miss North Carolina crown controversy is not over yet.
Rebekah Revels is likely headed to court for another round in her fight with the Miss America organization. Rebekah Revels resigned after the Miss America pageant learned about topless photos of her.
Barry Nakell, Revels' attorney, says a judge denied the organization's request for arbitration, which means Revels could make her case to a jury.
No trial date has been set.
