<b>FAYTTEVILLE, N.C.</b> — Fayetteville Police want to question a man about a murder that took place last week.

Tuesday of last week, Christoph Jackson was shot at Andy and Clyde streets, then was left there to die. Police want to question Levern Lindsey. They said he is also known as Knob, Levelle and Lovon.

Police said it appears Jackson was shot with a high-powered rifle. He died several hours after police found him.

The 12-year-old boy had been required to sleep in a tube-like tent, enclosed by a solid plastic sheet. Upon discovering that the zipper for the tent was broken, the report says, "staff needed a zip tie out of the tool bag."

According to the Sampson County Sheriff's Office, a school resource officer discovered the body of a man inside a vehicle at Hobbton Middle School athletic field. Authorities believe the man died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
