HILLSBOROUGH, N.C. — A former Durham police officer admitted he installed cameras in his tanning salon, according to a search warrant.
Last week, police raided A Day at the Beach tanning salon in Hillsborough. Inside, they found several hidden cameras and videotapes of clients undressing.
After a search of owner Bill Apple's home, police confiscated more videotapes, computer software and a laptop computer.
No charges have been filed.
