FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A Cumberland County apartment complex has become a big crime target.
In the last 10 months, authorities say there have been 16 residential break-ins and 11 car burglaries at Carlson Bay Apartments on Cliffdale Road.
Fayetteville police say most of the stolen items were taken from Building No. 909.
Detectives say the suspect usually enters the apartments through a window, and they only have a vague description of the suspect.
